ProMark 500 GNSS Survey Receiver

The ProMark 500, introduced in 2008, is a state-of-the-art GNSS receiver that will track every GNSS observable satellite in space as well as being capable of tracking those planned for the future. In the 1990's, Magellan (then called Ashtech) pioneered GPS-GLONASS receivers which are the standard technology of today. It is capable of delivering real-time accuracy at the 1cm level and post-process accuracy of 5mm.

The ProMark 500 is very lightweight; weighing in at only 3.1 lbs and packaged in a waterproof, IPX7 enclosure. It is rugged; working in 100% humidity and in temperatures from -22 to 131 degrees F. No problem.

Magellan's Fast Survey (Carlson SurvCE) data collection software is a complete package with features for field-to-finish topo surveying, construction staking, high precision GIS and static post-processing. Also, use the data collector with your total station for maximum flexibility.

A built-in GSM modem means what-you-see-is-what-you-get with the ProMark 500. Take it out of the box and minutes later you are connected to your local RTK Network and can begin surveying.

Two for the price of one. Only with the ProMark 500 do you also get a sub-meter, hand-held GIS data collector; the Mobile Mapper CX. You can load ArcPad or other data collection programs to handle the GIS work you need done. No other instrument offers this dual-use function. It saves you money.

The Network RTK ProMark 500 is a high performance RTK rover designed to operate on any RTK Network broadcasting either GPS-only or GPS and GLONASS using its internal GSM modem (CDMA available 4th Quarter 2008).
